By placing an order with Doce J&C Creations, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission to use our services. All products remain the property of Doce J&C Creations until full payment is received.

For customized items, customers are responsible for providing high-quality images and accurate text. We are not responsible for errors in the final product resulting from poor-quality source material or typos provided by the customer.

Digital proofs may be provided for certain products. Once a proof is approved by the customer, no further changes can be made, and we are not liable for any errors found after approval.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Production times vary by product. While we provide estimated delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
